Where to begin? Here's the highlights.
MegaBus to Des Moines, picked up by parents, went to brother and sister-in-law's house, babysat my nephew, attended my parents' sixth grade Sunday School class, visited my old babysitter (she's practically my grandma), made Christmas candy with my grandma and my cousin, saw Harry Potter 7: Part I, got my passport (which cost a fortune), stopped by my hometown Fareway and chatted it up with the full-time ladies, Thanksgiving on both sides of the family, ate lots of yummy food, more candy making with my relatives, did some homework, hung out with my brother and his wife and their little one, church, Des Moines, MegaBus to Chicago, city bus to apartment, home.
Whew! What a vacation!
